Tutors - Graham Kennedy
At the age of 23, and disillusioned with the direction that his life was taking, Graham immersed himself in studying a variety of natural therapies. These included shiatsu massage, Chinese medicine, iridology and macrobiotic healthcare. Whilst studying shiatsu, he was introduced to, and began to study, craniosacral therapy. Graham has been involved in teaching craniosacral therapy since 1994, and is one of the co-founders of the Institute. He also designed and teaches the Holistic Body course. He is widely appreciated for his down to earth and light-hearted style of teaching.
Graham has a particular interest in working with babies, children and families to resolve the effects of early traumatic experience. He has completed extensive trainings in prenatal and birth trauma resolution and corrective attachment therapy, and has written a series of articles and eBooks on these subjects. Graham is a faculty member at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, where he is the module leader for teaching anatomy to acupuncture students. He also has a background in the Chinese internal arts, and teaches regular evening classes and workshops in chi kung.
Graham is married with two young children.
