Tutors - Kate Rosati
Kate qualified as a midwife in 1999 and still works as a midwife on a part time basis. For many years she worked on the busy delivery ward suite but now mainly works on the post natal ward supporting mothers and babies through their early days and nights. Kate is also a qualified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and supports mother and baby with any feeding issues they may have both in their own home and in hospital.
Kate is a busy mum of two and has two children to thank for her interest in Craniosacral Therapy. Both of her children had Craniosacral Therapy as babies and benefited greatly, which led to her qualifying as a Craniosacral Therapist in 2007.
She now runs a busy practice from home working with all ages and conditions. She finds that her knowledge gained as a midwife and a lactation consultant complements her practise as a Craniosacral Therapist, particularly when working with babies.
Kate is also doing ongoing training with Karlton Terry in pre- and peri-natal psychology and has studied birth dynamics.
